Just installed 2018. When I opened a file, Sketchup sent an error message saying it could not load Trimble connect, sandbox, dynamic components or advanced camera tools (all the reasons you use 2018 pro, of course). Anyway, spoke with someone on the phone at Sketchup and she said it was a Sketchup issue, not mine and sent me a fix via the Extension Warehouse that seemed like it would work but in the end did not. Advice appreciated. Thanks.
What extension did she send?
Get the proper download link here:
Rightclick on the downloaded installation file and choose ‘run as administrator’
If prompted, choose ‘repair’
See if it did the trick.
