I really have a problem, I clear the catch and cookies on web browser, I log in with new email, but sketch pro doesn’t want to offer me trial options, It gives a blank page without options, please assists to my email
Your profile indicates you have a Pro subscription and you’re using SketchUp 2023. If that’s the case you can just install the current version and sign in. No need for a trial.
Your profile also indicates you are using Windows 10. The current version of SketchUp doesn’t support Windows 10. You would need to upgrade to Windows 11.
