I cant go further than the first screen shot - can anyone help me whats wrong? My laptop has the specifics as informed on my user profile.

Have you tried a different browser? Chrome generally works best, Firefox sometimes has problems.
Thanks for your adwise, we made it work with Chrome instead of Safari. We are first time users and a bit confused

For reasons I don’t fully understand, Safari has never worked as well as Chrome for the online app.
