I’m very new to SU, but this happens every time I try to use the tool. I encountered it while following the Getting Started with Sketchup part 4 tutorial on youtube.

Can you share the SKP file you have created from just before the crash?
The particular file doesn’t matter, it happens on every file. This is only happening in Safari, It works correctly in Chrome (both on Mac)
I believe that the recommended browser for any version fo SketchUp for Web is either Chrome or Firefox. I believe there are a number of issues with Internet Explorer or Safari.
Microsoft’s WebGL implementation is lagging a bit behind those in Firefox and Chrome, and for this reason we can’t recommend using IE to run SketchUp for Web. User’s of Apple’s Safari web browser see similar problems.
I’d recommend giving either Chrome or Firefox a try. Lately, it has been Firefox that has the (slight) performance advantage, but both browsers are rapidly evolving and getting better all the time. You can’t go wrong either way.
The latest version of Microsoft’s Edge browser has a workable WebGL implementation, but it is still a little behind. You may find that SketchUp will run there, but you could also find that you have unexpected problems occasionally.
