Help - Sketchup Free will not fire up

Hi There, my name is Drummond and I am in the middle of replanning our garden and Sketchup Free will not fire up. I have tried on the iMac I have been using for the last few months and on my office WIN10 laptop.

All I get is the pulsing Sketchup Logo

Anyone else experiencing similar probs?

What browser are you using? I’ve found that chrome is best for SketchUp free on my Mac.
