Hi guys, is anyone else experiencing problems with their sketchup? I cant seem to open up the program neither on my Mac or the web.
Which version of SketchUp? Both the desktop client version and the web-based version open fine for me here.
Like DaveR, I don’t encounter issues launching SketchUp. So, to answer we will need more information and more correct information than you have put into your forum profile. In both cases, please describe exactly what error message or incorrect behavior are you seeing. For SketchUp Free (web), what version of what browser are you using? For the desktop, what version of SketchUp are you trying to run (10 is not a SketchUp version) and on what release of macOS and what model of Mac?
