I’m having issues transferring a classic license of Sketchup 2021 between computers.
When removing the license on the laptop the window after pressing remove for the second time is blank. Additionally, the license isn’t being recognised on the PC with the message saying that the license doesn’t appear to be a valid number. I’ve copied and passed from the same location multiple times in the past without any issues, so I know it’s correct.

The license works correctly, as long as it is already installed, if it is the first time it is used, the system does not recognize it as a valid license
yes, if I remove it and try to place it, it is not possible
How did you get a Classic license for SketchUp 2022?
You should probably try to contact Customer Support directly via the Contact Us page on the website. They won’t be open yet. It’s not even 7:00 am there, but they should get back to you when they are.
