Skelion Trial Extension

Hello,

I am trying to install and use the trial version of this software.
Please see the message I see below (Screen shot 01) - when I start Sketch up Pro (2024) after trying to install the extension.

Could you please tell me how to fix this? I cannot find the PDF that is being referenced.

Please note that I am unable to see the Skelion toolbar in Sketch Up Pro 2024 yet.

I tried to install the plugin from this location.

C:\Users\kjaff\AppData\Roaming\SketchUp\SketchUp 2024\SketchUp\Plugins

I earlier had these at this location but deleted them from here.

C:\Program Files\SketchUp\SketchUp 2024\plugins

Have you contacted Skelion Customer Support at Skelion contact. Sketchup Skelion solar design plugin renewable energy.?

Did you install SketchUp 2024 correctly? That requires right clicking on the downloaded installer and selecting Run as administrator. Without that Windows may not grant permissions for the program or its extensions to write needed files.

Yes someone suggested setting permissions on the skelion folder will try that else msg reinstall by running as admin as you suggest

Do that anyway. It’s the only correct way to install SketchUp. No need to de-install, just run the installer as administrator and choose repair when presented…
