Signed in but shows trial

Hi, I have purchased a months membership of Sketchup Pro.

In my subscriptions i have a personal account and company. The company account has the subscription.

When i sign into sketup on desktop app it shows im signed in but only a trial.

How do i make sure im using the subscription i have purchased ?

Have you assigned yourself to the product? You have to do it from your Trimble account management page.
