Bought a subscription and was given a second account. Now I can't use Sketchup

I just upgraded to Pro from the free trial and, instead of my purchasing to cover my expired trial, Trimble instead created a new account. Now I have two accounts and the desktop Sketchup Pro can’t see the account with the active subscription.

I’ve looked everywhere and tried everything. I’m hoping someone from Trimble will read and fix this as that is the only was I have ever seen this being fixed.

Please help.
