Hey Trimble, I am not a crook!

Your security features have locked me out of using Sketchup. I have tried deactivating all devices, signing out, restarting my computer.

And I can’t use Sketchup on a plane.

I think that you have two SketchUp Pro subscriptions assigned to your email address. That can cause some confusion. Sign in here:

and see what Pro subscriptions you have. Try to be only assigned one seat of SketchUp Pro.

Once you are able to sign in from within SketchUp, you should be ok for 28 days, even if you’re on a plane. Features such as 3D Warehouse, Extension Warehouse, and Add Location, would need an Internet connection. But general modeling doesn’t need one.

Eventually I was able to get Sketchup to work, I think I had open safari tabs that were logged into Trimble account manager.

Still sucks that I have to log in every month.

Now I need to figure out why I have two subscriptions, ughh.
