We are aware of an issue with the Account Management Portal which is causing some users to be unable to access the portal.

The incident is also impacting Trimble Connect. Users may be unable to view, access, or save files with Trimble Connect for the duration of the issue. We will continue to post updates as they are available.

Our engineers have identified the cause of the issue, and are working on finding a solution.

Our engineering team has resolved the issue. Users should now be able to view, access, and save models with Trimble Connect. Users may need to clear their cache and cookies to access the Account Management Portal.
