SketchUp Account Management Portal Service Down

Hi,

I can’t access the SketchUp Account Management Portal (https://ecom-prd.trimblepaas.com/account/) right now – it just says “Planned Maintenance.”

Anyone else seeing this?

I checked the status page (https://status.sketchup.com) but didn’t see anything listed there. Is there some announcement I missed?

it’s still under maintenance. I’m guessing they had maintenance things to do, and chose to do it on a sunday - monday night (their time) :slight_smile:

the status page is about all the bits that makes sketchup work, but here it looks like a maintenance of the website in charge of managing your trimble licences, not just SU.
it’s a bit like having sketchup.com down for a few hours. you wouldn’t feel it while working on your SU project.

My PC crashed last week, and I’ve got a new laptop now. However, since I couldn’t log out before, I’ve exceeded the number of activations. Because of the maintenance on your website, I can’t log out from all devices. Does anyone know how long this might take? I can’t continue working at the moment…

no idea, we don’t have any informations about it… this is before all an user forum, and I don’t think the people currently working on it come to this forum…

I am having the same situation too, I use my account on pc, Mac and desktop at different places (home/uni/office), now today it asked me to deactivate some instances by Manage Activations, but I can’t access https://ecom-prd.trimblepaas.com/account/organization … it was the whole Monday for me here in NZ..

Nobody has been informed of any planned maintenance - which usually means they’ve broken something or have been hacked.

The status page is not automated, someone with access has to log things in there and they almost never do.

If you have a newer subscription you may be able to do what you want over at the new portal accounts.trimble.com

I do see internal messages about this. I will try to come back and say when the server is back.

It’s Tuesday morning my local time (Tokyo) and access to the Management Portal seems to work now.
