Hola. Had lots of fun with this one.
Tried about 4 different HD4000 drivers with no luck, but got it working after removing updates:
Windows 10 Build 1703
Intel HD 4000
Driver version 10.18.10.4653 (4/7/2017)
SU 2016 and 2017
I removed two updates:
- Security Update KB4034674
- Security Update for Adobe Flash Player (note: I don’t have Flash Player installed specifically)
(I didn’t notice which removal fixed it, I just removed them both because I was getting sick of this).
