Until now my Sefaira was working properly and now it can not found any locations. For example I want my Project to be in Florence but somehow it is not working anymore. Also when i try to upload my project it says it can’t connect to server. Do anyone know how can i fix it?

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please try logging out of the real time analysis plugin and then sign back in. That should solve the issue for you.
If you were to look to the top right corner of the plugin you will see a gear wheel >> click on the gear wheel and sign out and sign back in.
That should help resolve the issue for you, Please do let me know how you get along.

Hi Niraj,
I have the same problem and I tried to sign out and sign in again but it’s still doesn’t work.
it does work when the location in New York or London, but when I switch to Jakarta or Manado, it keeps analyzing for ages.

I just responded to your other post.
“Thanks for reaching out here. Let me test some of the weather files that you mentioned and will reach back out as I find out more. We have over the last day or two experienced sluggishness in analysis on a subset of one 3rd party weather files and our dev team is currently addressing that issue. Let me see if these weather files are tied to that batch as well. Either way, Ill respond here when I have more information.”
