Hi,
I’m looking for an experienced Sketch Up person to create a 3D model of the various stages of construction of a home. The type of home would be typical of what you would find from a production home builder. Box over Box Construction, 4 bed, 2 car garage, etc. (Not Custom)
However, I need enough detail to show about 10 construction stages. Example Foundation, Frame, Roof Siding & Windows, Mechanicals, Drywall, Paint, Cabinets, Trim, Flooring, Landscaping.
Would like each stage to build onto itself so it becomes something we can share with customers and use in some basic construction training. For example, your house is going into frame stage this week, etc.
The final animation would show the home progressing through all stages. I will provide the house plan. Would prefer to work on a project-based price rather than hourly.

Make sure you hire someone who has an appropriate SketchUp license. The previous poster’s profile indicates he is using the free web-based version which would mean he doesn’t have the appropriate license nor does he have the tools needed to complete the job you’ve outlined.
Also, you should remove your phone number and e-mail address from your public post. As it is, you’ve posted that information for the entire world including bots to harvest. (It’s also against the forum rules.)

Hi Mark - just wanted to let you know that I sent you a private message. I believe I could be of assistance for this project.
I design 2 and 3D cad drawings. I have used Sketchup for 11years and I have 4 years of Revit from PCC, I will rebuild old blueprints if needed (I have the tools to take an old floor plan without diminsions and put accurate diminsions back into the plan), and I will go into any home and take measurements and reconstruct the walls in the plans to make the client happy. I can also take any floor plan and create a 3D model of the house with some help from the clients color schemes I can bring their dreams to life in 3 dimensional views. I can then render the image to a more realistic view and finally I can format the image into an animated AVI image. I am willing to go into foreclosures, flipped homes as well as any other type of renovation. I am willing to do floor plans, foundation plans, details, section plans. I am very interested in helping in any way possible. I would also like to sit down and go through what I can offer to your business and your clients. I have volunteered to help build props for several functions.
I am available and I will give you the results you are looking for.
