As your post was first, Iāll address you first jcarles8. While you did provide a link to a website, I canāt quite get it to load and am also unable to verify if you are a k-12 school or not as your post lacked that information. From the sound of things, you probably are, but we have to be 100% sure before we can add users to the database. Can you please tell me if you are a k-12 school or not? Once I have that I can take the next step to get you added to the database.
As for you Chris-K, it sounds like you are up and running so Iāll go ahead and mark your post as resolved for now. Hello, Yer sure, we are a k-12 school. Our studets start their schooling at the age of 3 years, and they finish it at 12 yerars old. Then, when they finish in our school, They go to the secondary school. We use the Sketchup for STEAM tools. We are doing a project about building desing i 5th and 6th degree (11-12 yeras ols).
I hope this is enough information for you, but if you need more information, please tell me. I canāt understand why you canāt visit our website, it is publicā¦

Hi, would it be possible to check to see if our two domains are on your whitelist? We have been experiencing some intermittent issues with sign-in loops and the web app not loading completely. We have been using Sketchup for some time but changes to our filtering have caused issues with sites not working as expected. It would be good to remove this as an possible issue?

Hi @chris.moss Thanks for the post and welcome to the SketchUp community. I am happy to check and make sure you are in our database. I am not seeing a domain in your post though unless it is your website. Can you let me know what your domain is?
Thanks for the quick reply Chris! I just ran the check and it looks like you were not in the database. Thankfully I was able to get you added without issue so you should be all set to go.
If you are still seeing the issue, try clearing cached files and cookies to see if that helps. If that does not get you up and running let me know and Iāll see what I can do to get you going right away.

I am a K12 school as well and need to be whitelisted too. I am with Cumberland County Schools in Fayetteville, NC and your program is part of my curriculum in North Carolina Department of Education. My school districtās domain is ccs.k12.nc.us.
Hi @SophieF. Thanks for the post. Your domain is already in the database and you should be good to go! Just deploy the app and you are all set. Just make sure not to skip any steps as you deploy the app as that can cause issues later on.
If you are still running into issues after deploying the app, try clearing the cached files and cookies to see if that fixes it. If it does not please feel free to start a thread and we can start troubleshooting things to get you up and running as soon as possible.

I also confirmed that our app is working correctly so we will have to do some more advanced troubleshooting to get things up and running for you.
Can you start a new thread and post a screenshot of exactly what you are seeing when a student tries to load the app?
I would like to use sketch schools next semester. I am currently getting the loop that everyone refers to in this thread. Can you check to see it the app is whitelisted. I am new to this school an unsure if it has been used here before. I used it for years at my old school.

First up is @erik.mylenek. As mentioned in the other thread you posted in, you should be all set to go now. If you are still running into issues now, please let me know and Iāll go ahead and start troubleshooting with you.
As for you @SophieF, my first guess on what the issue might be would be a bad cookie of cached file if it were just one or two students. If it is more than that then smart money is on a bad deployment. Sometimes that happens if you do a deployment while we are pushing out an update. Other times it is the result of a missed step in the process. Go ahead and re-deploy the app and see if that fixes it and if not, try clearing cached files and cookies. If you are still seeing an error after that, we can try some additional steps.

That is a lot of different domains to add and while I am happy to work with you to get them added to the database we use, I need to verify that they all belong to k-12 schools, districts or regional equivalents. Can you verify that info for me? All I need from you is a simple message that states if they are or are not.
@CaseyG Thank you. Yes, Iām in the central IT team for a group of independent prep schools in the UK. So yes they are all K-12 schools.
