Our domain is an .org
Could it be a whitelist issue?

we have the Gsuite in our school. I gave all permissions but students cannot use SketchUp even if I can. The attached screen appears, the students log in with the gsuite school account but the screen keeps reappearing. Our domain is @comprensivomerate.it

Hi @jonathan.tepper, thanks for your interest in SketchUp for Schools. Unfortunately, SketchUp For Schools is only intended for K-12 Schools and based on the domain you linked it seems like you are not a K-12 school. It is entirely possible I missed something though. If you have a K-12 program I missed, please feel free to link it to me and I can see what I can do to grant access to your K-12 students. If you don’t have a K-12 program, you will need to talk to the sales team to see what version of SketchUp is right for your users.
@jorgemoreno, @ldb, @jfritz , I would be happy to add your domains to our database as soon as I can verify a few things. Can you please link me to a page on your main website so I can run a quick test? Additionally, I’ll need to verify you are K-12 schools as SketchUp For Schools is only intended for K-12 schools. You would be surprised how many Universities apply by accident.
Once I have verified everything I can add you to our database right away and you can get started with SketchUp.

Hello, we are a K-12 school and our main website is https://www.comprensivomerate.edu.it/
The main domain for the Gsuite, both for Teachers and students is, @comprensivomerate.it
I have no problems with my access as a teacher. The login that reappears is a problem only for students.

Our district’s website is www.derbyschools.com, my specific school’s website is https://dnms.derbyschools.com/. We are a 6-8 middle school, and do not have any associated universities. Again, the student and staff emails all end in @usd260.com.

The signed in user ‘s.cordon@oscottmanor.bham.sch.uk’ is blocked because they are not a direct member of a group with access, nor had access directly assigned by an administrator. Please contact your administrator to assign access to this application.
I’ve reinstalled the sketchup for schools app for my domain, and granted permissions to all, but were are still having problems getting access. Can you please whitelist @wesleyan.edu to see if that makes a difference.

My teachers have access (@ironmail.org), so we thought everything had gone through, but one class tried yesterday and the students (@ironschools.org) were not able to log in. Can you please add our student domain to the whitelist? @ironschools.org

Is anyone from Google monitoring this chat forum? I’ve made a request a month ago to be whitelisted along with hundreds of other people on here but there’s no response from anyone from Google indicating it’s been done. I’m still having problems accessing Google Sketch up Pro and it appears many others are too.
How do we get our domains approved? I’ve called in and posted but our students and faculty still cannot use sketchup. The domains are @nebo.edu and @stu.nebo.edu.
