Scan essentials error when loading point cloud

Has anyone gotten this error when trying to use the “Trimble Scan Essential Extension” and trying to open a point cloud file?

I am trying to upload a .las point cloud file and there are definitely points. I open this same file in Cloud compare just to double check and works fine…

any help would be great.

Hi Mike,

If it works in Cloud Compare it should work in Scan Essentials. Do you have the latest version of Scan Essentials (1.2021.0405)?
