Scaling actual size drawing to 1/4" for printing

I have a simple floor plan drawing I am trying to scale to 1/4" of it’s actual size so that I can have it printed. I am not tech savvy at all. Can someone please explain how I can easily do this?

Are you trying to make a 1/4"=1 foot scale print?
