I’m still using Sketchup 8. I’ve come into a glitch when using SAVE AS. Whenever I use this command, the project / model gets saved to PUBLIC PICTURES or DOWNLOADS. I checked PREFERENCES from within Sketchup, and it shows “C:/Gary Stanullwich/Pictures”. But, when I check to make sure that the model HAS BEEN saved, it shows the project / model is NOT saved to MY PICTURES. Advice ?

I’d suggest changing the default for “Models” in Preferences to your Documents folder.
