My sandbox tool disappeared from SUpro17. I’ve installed it again as an extension but I still can’t access it. What am I missing?

It should automatically load from SketchUp’s “shipped-extensions”, unless you have it disabled in the Extension Manager… Another idea… When you installed SketchUp did you select the SketchUp installer exe file, right-click > context-menu > “Run as Administrator…” If you dis not do that it can aff…

Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to have worked. I clicked on run as administrator and it loaded but I wasn’t prompted to repair. When I opened my sketchup file again, it showed the Load errors (i realised after I posted that this listed the sandbox tools). any other ideas? Than…

The file name in my downloads refers to it as sketchup pro 2017 64bit installer so i presume so? there doesn’t appear to be another. Thanks Holly

yes, i’ve been through the toolbars. Sandbox isn’t even listed. As for updates, the sandbox extension was only installed this evening. I’ve just double checked and it is the most recent.
