Return of "We are experiencing technical difficulties...not authorized..." error

Error message for SUP 2026 on Apple M4 Pro 15.7.3 with subscription paid thru Oct 2026: “We are experiencing technical difficulties…not authorized…”.

Followed instructions found in many threads on this forum. Deactivate device. Log out of web portal. Close app. Restart. Waited 30 min. Still unresolved.

New solution for those with similar issue: Delete and reinstall the app. Good luck.

That error shows if you have deauthorized all devices, and there is still another copy of SketchUp open in the background. Check to make sure no other version of SketchUp is still open.
