I have a 2026 Sketchup Pro License which has been installed on my laptop, but I am unable to activate it as it says Authorize this device?

I am not signed in on any other devices and have deleted the old version of 2022 Sketchup Pro. When I click Authorize - it then says Sketchup is having technical problems. I have had the same response for two days. How do I resolve this issue?
