Remove License Dialog Box does not appear

I have a 2015 License on an old Mac computer. I want to remove the license from this computer and use it on a new/recently purchased computer. When I click the “Remove License” button, nothing happens, the dialog box does not appear.

Are there steps I can take to remove the license from the old computer?

Do you have more than one account?
You can try adding it again, and than remove.
To check if the servers where contacted (port 5053 and 50530) shut down the computer and do a restart of SketchUp.
