I’ve been trying to remove a license from a mac computer so that I can authorize the use on a different computer.
When I get to the “Remove License” button and press it, nothing happens. Everything else works, but it wont remove the license.

Do you have a standalone license or a network?
For it to work, you need to have a connection with the SketchUp servers.
Make sure your internet connection has acces to these ports:
Stand alone license: 80, 8080, 443
Network license: 5053, 50530
Disable firewall (temporarely)
