I can’t get to my saved projects. When the home screen is loading, two project tiles show up (I have two saved projects), but then they don’t load and I’m prompted to start a new project. I am receiving the error message “Something went wrong trying to load this folder.” when trying to save a new project. I’m using the free version.
Can you show a screen shot of what you are seeing?
What browser are you using?
I’ve tried it in Chrome, FireFox and Edge

That should get you to Trimble Connect, where your files are stored. Try the same browser and go to https://connect.trimble.com/
If that’s not working, find out why your network routing wont allow that. Or perhaps click left of Projects and see what continent Connect thinks you’re on?
Or perhaps you’re in a slow internet local - when I ping connect.trimble.com, I get about 47ms response time.

Logging in to https://connect.trimble.com/ worked, and now I can access my projects again on Trimble Identity - Thanks!
