Receiving "Failed to Obtain active License"

I am receiving “Failed to obtain active license for Eneroth Slicer. License missing.”

This happened in 2022 and I just updated to 2023 and it’s happening as well. The only option in the extension warehouse is to “install” (since I’ve already purchased)

I could see a problem on your account. It would have affected a couple of other extensions as well. I fixed it.

Try the install now, or if it’s already installed you may need to remove it first.
