Hi all, I am trying to reinstal SU2016 Pro and received an email with the serial and authorization numbers but when I put these into the Add license window of the trial SU and hit the Add License button, nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong here? The serial number starts with RA which should be good for SU 2016. Thanks in advance for any help.
same problem here, seems like their help are not really trying to help besides sending ppl with this problem to look for help in the forums (i dont remmember buying skp from ppl on the forums but i do remmember paying skp for a lifetime! license and the ability to move it to a new computer when i swith one…)
