I am the developer of “Quick Group” and I am surprised that it is mentioned since I did not make it available to users. But indeed the code is present with the two Wisext tools that I make available (“3D Offset” and “Find and Report (ex SU2XL)”).
Amused by this surprising interest, I added access to “Quick Group” from version 0.700.2 of the Wisext tools. Concretely, you can install “Find And Report” and in the menu Extensions >> Find And Report >> About the Wisext tools, you open a window where you have a button “Enable or disable tools”. Click on this button and a window will offer to enable tools. Put “yes” for Quick Group and restart SketchUp. You will get a toolbar with an icon and access in the contextual menu.
I don’t offer easy access to “Quick Group” at this time because I don’t plan to support it. My priority is “Find And Report”. It’s just an Easter Egg (the season is coming) in response to this post.
