Use the Line tool to trace an edge of each of those holes to complete the faces before trying to push the opens. I would delete the edges crossing from one side of the wall to the other.
In addition, turn off Length Snapping and set your Display Precision higher than you actually need out of your model so you can see errors if you make any.
I would suggest selecting no Environment and reset the style so that the back face does not match the front face. Using the same color for both front and back faces just encourages sloppy work that will cause you trouble later.
Also make sure you are using tags correctly. ALL edges and faces should be created and left untagged. Only groups and components should be given tags. This is the result of fixing that in your model.
As I dig around a little more I also found a problem typical of having Length Snapping enabled. You’ve got wall edges that aren’t parallel to each other. Both are off axis slightly. In this view the X-values for the three coordinates at the top should be the same and the X-values for the three at the bottom should be the same but they aren’t. That creates problem when you try to push the opening for that door way.
