Push/pull issue

hi Guys,
Just a query regarding the push/pull function.
I have extruded a box 21x300 to a length of 6.3m and I cant seem to get a clean extrude… It extrudes with a slight deviation, on this particular item about 0.2mm as indicated in the image… Is this something I’m doing wrong, or a flaw in the program…

I can’t tell exactly what you are showing. How about uploading the SKP file? I’m sure it isn’t a flaw in the program.
