I just downloaded SU2024 today. Now, when I open a SU window it opens completely off screen. I have to use the “Move” tool and arrow keys to bring the window into view each time I open SU. This issue does not occur with Layout. Any suggestions for how to change/reset the default position on the screen where SU opens?
Additionally, none of the drop down menus appear to work (File,Edit,View,Camera etc). Any suggestions?
First thing I would do is a cold reboot of your computer. Then, after it opens, find the downloaded installer, right click on it, choose Run as administrator, and then Repair. After that, go to the Nvidia site and get the latest graphics drivers and install them. Then another cold reboot.
Do you normally use multiple displays?
Thanks for the quick reply! I tried all of the listed above but it didn’t seem to have an effect. I only run a single display but I just checked display settings and it looks like the display settings were changed to run on two screens even though only 1 was found. Changing this to “show only on 1” seems to have fixed both issues. Thank you again!
