Profile Builder 2 Purchase

I downloaded the trial version of Profile Builder 2 and when it expired, I purchased the FULL version.
Each Time I open Sketchup 2016, it says my Trial has Expired.

When I look at “My Extensions” for Profile Builder 2, the only option available in UNINSTALL.

I may have actually purchased the extension using my browser instead of using the Extension Warehouse from within Sketchup as it was not letting me log in at the time.

There are no menus or install items available.
