You should try updating the Driver for the Graphic card. Go to the AMD site and look for it, don’t rely on windows to install the correct one.
Also try turning off ‘fast feedback’, this may help but it shows that the graphic card isn’t fully capable.

It may be that your Graphic card isn’t suitable for SU2018, you could try an older version until such time as you have a computer that can run the newer versions.
You can find older versions Here , but not in Russian.
