Well gee, not feeling real bright right now. Have had the problem before when my model scene was not in Parallel Projection, but that is not the case here.
I am getting anomalous dimensions (measurements of out of plane diagonals) rather than correct plan view dimensions.

Hard to know just by watching the PDF, can you share the layout file?
Without seeing the LO file I would guess there is a dimension scale problem combined with a SketchUp model scale setting problem.
I am guessing that one of the scales of the SketchUp view is not correct correct… as the images would be much different in size. And then I would guess that your dimensions are set to manually scale to one of the dimensions, so when you measure the second view it is wrong.
When I scale something randomly I can get close to your dimension…
Share the LO file, the PDF is useless. We also don’t know which dimension is ‘correct’ that you are trying to match.

I poked around in SketchUp and while my scene looked like a straight down view, it actually was not. When I clicked on the top view icon (one of the standard view icons, top, front, side, etc.) things shifted slightly and when I updated layout the dimensions worked out fine.
A relief!
Did you fix the scale? Something seems off with it.
Next time post the LayOut file. And maybe you should edit your first post and remove the PDF because there is personal and client data on it.
Thanks. I did try to post file but for some reason too big 54mb, maybe some topo info. And yes, remove client data…
Please edit your first post and delete the PDF. The client’s email and phone and etc. are in the PDF.
