Quando utilizo a opção Importar do SketchUp em dwg ,automaticamente exclui tudo que tenho na minha área de trabalho (minhas plantas, blocos e até o componente Steve), e não dá para colocar nenhum componente depois. Como faço para resolver isso?

How are you importing the .dwg file? According to your profile you are using SketchUp 2017 Free (web) which doesn’t exist. Perhaps you mean SketchUp 2017 Make? Or SketchUp Free? neither of those two has the ability to import .dwg files.
Are the objects in your file being deleted or is the file you are importing at such a large scale that you can’t see them?

Os arquivos que estão na minha área de trabalho antes da importação é que está sendo excluído.
