Problem with printing on scale

Hello,

I am trying to print a sketchup file at scale 1:1.

It prints, but with the wrong scale. I try to see what is wrong, It seems to ignore whatever I put on dimensions. It also has empty menus for the units (see screenshot).

Could anyone help me in figuring out what is going wrong?

Yes, my default printer is Microsoft Print to PDF. Which printer should I use to generate a pdf? (I do not have a physical printer)

In your internet browser open Google.com, search for ‘pdf printer’ and choose one (download and install it. Restart SketchUp, set the new PDF printer).
