Hi,
I’m using Pro 2016 and now wanted to find out if the 2017 import / export of dwg/dxf is better as promised.
However I can not open the .dxf files. It works fine in the 2015 Version but not in the 2017 Trial-Version.
The error Message is: Teigha Error: (28) = (Invalid Index)

can you open the DXF with the free ‘Teigha Viewer’?
which version of DXF (open with text editor and see in header: $ACADVER AC10##) and where does it come from?
I can open it with Sketchup 2015 -

Does it open in the Teigha Viewer?
Yes it opens with the Teigha Viewer, of course - because it also opens with
sketchup 2015
the recent Teigha Viewer does probably use a more recent Teigha lib than SU version 2015, therfore no valid deduction.
Try if saving with the Teigha Viewer down to the DWG v2000 format works.

Hi Stefan, thank you for the file. There was an update to the the Teigha Library that is causing the issue. We correct parties are aware of the issue and are working on the fix.
