Problem with Hardware Acceleration - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

Dear All,

The company I work for has purchased Sketchup 2020 for computers that have the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti graphic card.
Unfortunately, the program reports that the card does not support hardware acceleration.
I installed the latest drivers but it didn’t help.
Is there a way to solve this problem?

Make sure that SketchUp is using the Nvidia card and not the integrated card.

In SketchUp: Window>Preferences>OpenGL

Check in the Nvidia control panel 3D application settings that SketchUp is set to use your Nvidia card.
