Problem logging in with Firefox

What once was an intermittent problem is now continuous. I can no longer log into my web-based version of SketchUp. All I get is a blank page when using my Firefox browser.

I can still log in with Microsoft Edge but I occasionally see an error message saying that SketchUp is having a problem finding my entitlements. It is usually solved on the Retry button. I have repeated my Trimble login more than once. I have a Dell 9140 desktop with Windows 11 using a Comcast data connection.

This would be an issue on the Firefox side. It seems from reports from other users that Firefox has been kind of hit or miss . Do you have the latest release of Firefox?

An update to my Dell Support Assist corrected this problem. Thanks for all the help.
