yes. seems that it a problem with my organization because it works normally in my old computer.

I have the same issue, works on my laptop but not on my home computer. I did use it on this computer a couple of months back.
I tried disabling antivirus, updated computer and chrome, tried edge.
any ideas?
I got it working, i rebooted another time and cleared browsing data to force a new login.
re-login and works.

On both my desktops, as well as on my tablet Sketchup Web isn’t working anymore, out of the blue, but on my phone it still works. All the 4 devices use the same browser.

I threw away all the cookies, rebooted, but it doesn’t get any better.
For all of them I use MS Edge, and only on the phone is Android the operating system, on the computers W10.
When I try to open the webpage, it gets stuck in the beginning page, as you can see in the image.
Further I notice that the web address seems very long to me, as in 1.530 characters.
Did you ever figure out a fix for this? I’m currently having the same issue
Hello, I have same issue with Trimble Identity : “SketchUp encountered an issue. Please try again later”. I try delete coocies, history, temp, disable all extensions, Reser Service Workers, no use VPN, another user, onother browser Chrome and Edge and Opera. I have enought free space on drive. Reainstall web app. Clear site data. Enable popup windows, Use anonymous mode. I have that issue 7 days
Nothing helped me.
Can you please look at the browser console and see what errors are logged.
When you open the browser, hit F12 → this will open the console → go to the application and observe any errors.
