Pro 2018 trial expired so purchased Sketchup Pro. I received an order confirmation email but not the license information. The email is not in my the junk folder.
Contact SketchUp Customer Support directly or the reseller if you bought it through one instead of direct from SketchUp.
The license itself might take up to 24 hours to come through, give it a little time.
