Did not receive a license email for Sketchup Pro 2018

I did not get an email with license information for Sketchup Pro 2018 . I have checked junk and spam…
I do have a receipt of purchase email from SketchUp.

Be patient. I installed SketchUp 2018 Pro yesterday and didn’t get the e-mail with the updated license until about 12 hours later. You’ll easily get the license before the 30-day trial period runs out.

Hi Daniel. The emails are rolling out over the next day or so. If you’d like to check our license manager now, you can do that here: https://www.sketchup.com/license/renew

Then you’ll need to download 2018 on the website and proceed with installation / adding your license: https://www.sketchup.com/download/all

When you run from the renew link and you get the updated Serial Number, that in itself will not allow you to update your license. You will see a link below the line giving you the new serial number that has a link to EMail me license info. Click on it and get the email because you will also need the new Authorization Code. It will not accept the new Serial Number without the new Authorization Code (at least that is the way it worked for me). :grinning:
