Very angry with SketchUp Pro 2019 Licensing and Serial Number Locating

Description of the Issue: Can’t find license number or my serial number. I never received an email, I downloaded SketchUp Pro for students with SU Podium V2.5 Plus. Its so bad Im sincerely pissed off. I tried resending the email option but again, I never received an email.

The serial number is displayed in the “Welcome to SketchUp” dialog.

You can see it in this dialog, in the “License” tab.
(You can also get there if the Welcome dialog is switched off, by going to the Help menu and choosing the “License…” item.)


The licensing information is held within a textfile with a .lic extension.
(Likely in your user Application Support path.)

When did you buy?
Did you buy directly or via distributor?

A student license is valid for a year, you should have received an email with license information.

Some distributors may not send all the new serials for the automatically upgrades immediately but always before end of trial-period (30-days)

Why?

Use the trial period for evaluating the version, testing extensions, workflows etc.
If you activate the new serial, you can not install the old version anymore on another system.
