Have Not Received My Serial Number

I purchased SketchUp Pro 2016 almost two hours ago, but have not received a Serial Number. I need SketchUp for a project that I’m working on and can’t move forward without the information. Does anyone know how long it takes? Sadly, the delay is really holding me up.

Did you check your spam mailbox? Did you buy directly from SketchUp or a third party reseller? Did you try contacting customer support directly?

Did you purchase directly from Sketchup.com or did you purchase through a reseller? Did you contact their customer support?
