Just downloaded the free version of SketchUp with a 30 day trial of SketchUp Pro and received a welcome email but it didn’t have my serial number or authorization code in it, so I can’t use the software. How and when am I supposed to get those?
As far as I am aware the trial runs without a license.

As ely862me, the pro version will run for the 30 days trial without serial number and license. They aren’t needed when the program reverts to SketchUp Make. If you want a license key and serial number, you need to buy the pro version.
