Got no Serial Number and Authentication Code

On 14 April I bought and paid for a SketchUp Go licence and on 20 May I upgraded to SketchUp Pro.

However, I have not been able to use my Pro Version. When I start the programme I am told ‘Your trial period is over’ when I select the option ‘Already purchased’ I am asked to fill in the Serial Number and Authentication Code.
However, I have not received any. The only thing I have received is a receipt for my purchases.

There is no serial number and authentication code. Sign in with the email address and password you used when you set up your Subscription. Do that under Subscription on the License page of the Welcome screen.

It seemed like my subscription was not assigned to a user.
The support just fixed it after my second request. They did not answered att all the first time. So now it’s all ok :slight_smile:
