Subscription not got a serial or licence No

I paid for a pro subscription after starting a trial, but I didn’t get an email with the serial number or licence number, so I am still running just the trial.

There is no longer any license number or serial number. You need to sign on to SketchUp using the email and password you used when setting up your account. Look for the little person icon (usually at upper right in the SketchUp window), click it, and follow the prompts in the browser to sign in.

The Pro subscription you paid for recently hasn’t been assigned to anyone. Sign into this page:

with your email, and under Members look for your email. If you’re not there, add you. If you are, click the three dots to assign the subscription to you.
