I purchased Sketchup Pro 2018 a week ago. I received my receipt immediately and in that email it said I would receive my license shortly. I intended to load it on my new Mac computer but it hasn’t yet arrived, so I really didn’t give it much thought as I have the free version on my current computer. However, the classes I am taking have now moved into layout which I can only access from the Pro version. Now I realize, I never received my license email. It is not in spam, and I did enter Sketchup’s email into my contacts list so that it wouldn’t go to spam. Cannot find any phone number to call and I have emailed but received no response.
